Watermelon lime mocktail

This watermelon lime mocktail is high in vitamin C, vitamin A and antioxidants to boost immunity, support healthy hair and skin, aid digestion and protect against free radicals. The addition of lemon balm (a member of the mint family) can help to soothe restlessness and daytime nervousness. Lemon balm, has traditionally been used in Western herbal medicine for restlessness, irritability and insomnia.

Ingredients
- 8 cups seedless watermelon cubes
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 ½ cups filtered water
- Few sprigs of mint
- Few lemon balm leaves (optional)
Method
- In a blender, puree watermelon cubes and strain into a large bowl. Stir in lime juice and transfer to a large jug.
- Stir in water, adding ice and mint. Enjoy!
