Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks
- 4 tsp cold pressed olive oil
- 1 piece ginger, freshly grated
- 4 lemon wedges, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place a tuna steak onto some baking paper.
- Spoon over 1 tsp of olive oil, some ginger and a lemon wedge.
- Fold your baking paper around the tuna and roll the ends to seal.
- Repeat the process 3 more times for other steaks.
- Place all parcels in an ovenproof dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- When ready season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with a fresh cucumber salad.
