Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of fresh slices strawberries and/or blueberries
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 cups Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Children’s Immune Strength powder
- 1 tbsp Glutamine powder
- 1/4 cup pumpkin kernels
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- * you can top with anything you like such as granola, cacao nibs, goji berries, diced apricots, shredded coconut, crushed walnuts etc
Method
- Arrange berries on a lined baking tray and top with almond butter. ‘
- Mix Children’s Immune Strength powder and Glutamine powder through the yoghurt.
- Pour the yoghurt mixture over the almond butter and berries, sprinkling with the pumpkin kernels and almonds.
- Transfer tray to the freezer for about 2 hours or until set.
