Spiced seaweed crackers
Fancy a quick homemade snack? These spiced seaweed crackers are just the job. Very easy and simple to make, this recipe makes 16 crackers.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Ocean Superfood Kelp
- 1/3 cup almond meal
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ cup cold water
- Small pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp cracked sea salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Allow to sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
- Spread the dough evenly on the tray, about ½ cm thick and score into cracker-sizes pieces with a knife.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
