Spice rubbed salmon with avocado salsa

Ingredients
Salmon
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Salsa
- 2 avocados, diced into 1 cm cubes
- 4 tbsp coriander, chopped
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- juice of one lime
Method
- Preheat frying pan to medium heat.
- Rinse salmon and pat dry with paper towel.
- In a small bowl, combine ground cumin, ground paprika and pepper. Spread generously over the salmon fillets.
- Cook salmon on grill (over direct heat) for 12-15 minutes.
- Combine all salsa ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve one piece of salmon with the avocado salsa on the side.
- Enjoy!
