If you are a lover of all things peanut butter, these peanut protein balls are sure to take your fancy. High in protein, these balls make a great post workout snack or afternoon treat to get you through till dinner time. For a dairy-free version, you can swap the Synd X powder for a pea protein powder, such as Superfood powder.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup Synd X powder or Superfood powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp molasses
Method
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Add additional coconut, Synd X or Superfood powder if the mixture seems too wet and sticky.
- Shape into balls and store in an airtight container.
