how many eggs are ok to eat in a week im getting so many conflicting ideas from dieticians and such
Hi Julie,
The current advice is that you can have 2 eggs daily 🙂
Kind regards,
Louise
But yet if you muscle test (Kinergetics) ,that standard of two everyday is incorrect. For some it maybe 4 a week for some their body says 6 only a week etc. We all are different.
Hi Norita,
We agree, everyone is different and during consultations we give personalised and tailored treatment advice to our patients.
The dietary guidelines do however state that 2 eggs a day is fine for cholesterol – this is obviously different for kinergetics and many other forms of natural medicine and or specialised diets.
Kind regards,
Louise
