Honey orange glazed fish and cauliflower mash

Ingredients
Fish
- 4 white fish fillets (about 170 g each)
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1.5 tbsp tamari
- 4 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
- 4 large garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp honey
Mash
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 3 large garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp organic butter or ghee
Method
- Combine the miso paste, tamari, orange juice, crushed garlic and honey in a bowl large enough to marinate your fish. Add the fish and coat in marinade. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Place grease-proof paper onto an oven tray. Put baking rack onto tray and place fish on rack. Place into the oven at 200° for 15 minutes.
- Wash cauliflower and break up into its florets. Place cauliflower into steamer and garlic cloves and steam until cauliflower is slightly firm.
- Drain the cauliflower and transfer cauliflower, garlic cloves, butter or ghee and nutmeg to a food processer and blend until smooth.
- Serve your fish and cauliflower mash with a side salad or steamed green vegetables.
