Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 1 apple, whole
- 4 slices watermelon
- 1 orange, some white pith on
- 1 grapefruit
- 2.5cm slice raw beetroot
- 2 cabbage leaves
Method
- Prepare ahead of time. Wash, trim and chop the produce and pass through the juicer.
- Drink 1 glass on retiring. Drink another glass in the morning upon waking.
