One of the best ways to motivate yourself is to pick a goal with a friend or family member and train for it together. Plenty of people who join our training squad are looking for just that- someone to train with & push them to the next level.

The next two weeks try joining a group class at the local gym, search for a running or swimming group or join a Parkrun.

TUESDAY
30min power walk

WEDNESDAY
60min swimming. Try a swim squad or group swim or a lesson. Focus on improving one aspect of your technique.

THURSDAY
Day off

FRIDAY
45-60mins stretching/yoga/pilates or home gym

SATURDAY
60min cycling class at gym or with a friend including 5 sets of 2min efforts

SUNDAY
Day off

MONDAY
10min power walk + 40min easy jog

TUESDAY
60min swimming. Try a swim squad or group swim or a lesson. Focus on improving one aspect of your technique.

WEDNESDAY
45-60mins stretching/yoga/pilates or home gym

THURSDAY
60min cycling class at gym or with a friend including 10 sets of 15sec fast + 45sec easy

FRIDAY
30min power walk

SATURDAY
Parkrun
