Chocolate nut butter
Spread over strawberries, apple slices or banana for a chocolatey treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup cashews
- Pinch salt
- ½ tsp Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- 3 tbsp virgin coconut oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 180’C and place nuts on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes to release the natural oils.
- Allow the nuts to cool and transfer to a food processor with the remaining ingredients.
- Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved and transfer to a glass jar.
- Store in the fridge.
