Chocolate fibre pudding
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Fibretone powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp honey or ¼ tsp Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute
- Berries or banana for topping
Method
- Mix all ingredients (other than the toppings) together.
- Allow to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours, or overnight to thicken up.
- Serve chilled and top with berries, banana or other fruit of choice.
