Chia pudding
Used as a dessert or even a breakfast- chia puddings take little time to prepare and even less skill!

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk– macadamia milk, almond milk or A2 dairy milk are also options
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 2 tsp Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Optional flavourings may include:
- Acai powder
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- Coconut flakes
- ¼ cup berries of choice
Method
- In a medium size bowl, mix all ingredients and add your choice of flavouring. Mix well to combine.
- Transfer into jars or glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

The recipe is:
Ingredients
– 2 tbsp chia seeds
– 1/4 tsp Nature Sweet
– Rind and juice of half a lemon
– 1 tsp pure maple syrup
– 1/2 cup coconut oil
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a jar or glass and stir. Cover and transfer to the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight to thicken up.
