Breakfast banana split
A healthy twist on the traditional banana split for a nourishing breakfast or dessert. This breakfast banana split is high in magnesium to support healthy nerves and muscle function, rich in antioxidants for immune support and provides fibre for healthy digestion. The optional chocolate sauce is easy to make and free from sugar.

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- ½ cup coconut yoghurt
- Handful mixed berries
- ¼ cup nuts (cashews, pecans, almonds)
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
Optional chocolate sauce
- 1 tsp. cacao powder
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
- ¼ tsp Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute
Method
- Slice banana down the middle, fold open and place on a plate.
- Top banana with yoghurt, berries, nuts and oats.
Optional chocolate sauce
- Mix cacao powder, coconut oil and Nature Sweet together and drizzle over the top of the banana.
