Ingredients
- 2 free-range or organic boiled eggs, chopped
- ½ avocado, diced
- 1 heaped tbsp red onion, chopped finely
- 1 heaped tbsp red capsicum, chopped finely
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Method
- Combine eggs, avocado, onion and capsicum in a bowl.
- Sprinkle some sea salt and pepper on top.
