Berry smoothie

Ingredients
- ¾ cup berries, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 3 tbsp quinoa flakes
- Dash water
Method
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor.
- Serve chilled.
