Ingredients

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 small banana
  • ⅓ cup coconut water
  • 2 scoops Ultimate Gut Health powder

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to two glasses or bowls, cover and allow to set in the fridge for two hours.
