Ingredients
- 200g of cleaned uncooked (green) prawns
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 handful chopped parsley and mint
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp cold pressed olive oil
Method
- Mix all ingredients together. Stir through and leave refrigerated for at least 1 hour.
- BBQ or grill prawns until cooked.
