Avocado hummus dip

Ingredients
- 1 x 400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 3-4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or chopped
- Sea salt
- 2 medium ripe avocados, seeds and skin removed
- Paprika, for serving
- Vegetable sticks or organic corn chips to serve
Method
- Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic in a food processor, processing until smooth. Add 2-3 tbsp of water if needed to help mixture become smooth and creamy. Season with salt to taste. Add avocados and process again until mixture becomes creamy and well combined.
- Transfer mixture to bowl and top with a light dusting of paprika to serve.
