Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- ½ cup snow peas, halved
- 5 spears asparagus, chopped in thirds and sautéed
- 1 red capsicum, seeded and diced
- Handful chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Dressing
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive or sesame oil
- 1 tbsp tamari
Method
- Mix salad ingredients together.
- Combine dressing ingredients and mix well with salad.
