Healthy strawberry milkshake

This strawberry milkshake is a super healthy take on this old classic favourite. Fresh coconut water is high in electrolytes and it hasn’t been pasteurised when you consume it straight from the coconut. You can use bottled if fresh is unavailable. The fresh coconut meat gives it a thicker creamier consistency.
