Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 scoops Synd X protein powder
- 1/3 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 tsp Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute
Method
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until mixture is smooth.
- Place ingredients into an enclosed glass or container and leave it in freezer for a minimum of 3 hours.
- Once removed from freezer, sit for 5-7 minutes as the erythritol in Nature Sweet can make ice-cream very hard. Enjoy!
