Ingredients
- 1 cup almond meal
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 5 scoops Superfood powder
- 1 tbsp Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute
- 1 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, macadamia)
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- Optional: Chopped nuts or chocolate
Method
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick to process, add a dash of water.
- Transfer mixture to a lined baking tray, pressing the mixture down firmly and evenly. Add optional chopped nuts or chocolate and then transfer to freezer to set.
