Homemade fresh minted lemonade

This home-made fresh minted lemonade is zesty and refreshing on a warm day! Unlike traditional lemonade, we utilise our natural sweetener in this recipe for a healthy lemonade alternative.

Serves 6

Ingredients

*adjust Nature Sweet to personal preference.

Method

  1. Pour the water into a large jug or glass pitcher and add the nature sweet. Stir until dissolved.
  2. Juice seven lemons and pour into the pitcher. Cut the remaining lemon into slices and add to the pitcher also.
  3. Stir the fresh mint leaves through the lemonade and place in the fridge for a couple of hours to chill.
  4. Serve over ice.
