Healthy apple pecan crumble

Ingredients
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup almond meal
- ¼ cup pecans, chopped
- 3 tbsp quinoa flakes
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a small ramekin or oven-proof dish.
- Combine apple, honey, cinnamon and lemon and spoon into the ramekin.
- Combine the almond meal, pecans, quinoa flakes and coconut oil to form a crumble, and spoon on top of the apple mixture.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until browned on top.
